This is the last of the set of drawings pencilled while I was under attack by a crazed mob of pollen! Or something. In any case, I expect further attacks as the spring progresses.
I have this fantasy of time-travelling, hiring a native guide, and going down to the marketplace to buy sacks of trinkets and household furnishings. A few nice things, too.
Well, there's half a sort-of-pristine Roman city just waiting for us to loot under people's homes in modern Herculaneum. I hear that parts of the old city on top of the old old city are becoming unstable, which is sad news for the inhabitants, but good news for pillagers.
Uh oh, now I've made myself maudlin and wishing I could drop everything and join that conservation project in Herculaneum ::sniffle:: Every now and then I think, why not just live off my savings in Herculaneum for a couple of months and visit every nook and cranny? Then I remember that I'd lose my job if I did that. If only I had a time machine... or maybe a teleporter...
Justa would definitely try the full-force, head-on swooning tactic. Come to think of it, Mus probably would, too. Elisa isn't quite the type, though she did break with propriety to get out of the house...
I love the little touches you put in, like the vase hanging outside of the panel. Also, buy having Felix's companion be able to name the street trash puts me of a mind of a "small" town or city sort of place.
She really does have a family resemblance to Mus! I love the duck and weave she does in panel 3 (while still holding on to the pitcher). And "This one's done - toss me yours" is a great line. And FELIX'S HAIR! All those little tiny lines - no wonder she's swoony. :D

she looks so smitten in the last panel! :D
love the expressions, as always. The big guy's scowl is great! I don't think he liked those guys much, anyway ;D

And yes, the facial expressions are positively yummy. How you manage to convey so much with just a few little lines is simply beyond my comprehension.
