On the second one, I experimented with doing the borders and lettering digitally, to make it easier to make changes later. Although I found a font (not the one below) that looks really nice, I don't like it as much as hand lettering, and am finding it hard to do the lettering digitally. Maybe it just takes practice....

Oookay... I've drawn most of the next one, but I think it's time for me to admit defeat... at 6-1/2 strips. Not spectacular compared to last year, but not entirely bad, I suppose, considering.

I need some sleep... Thanks for tuning in. If I wake up before the end of the 24 hours tomorrow morning, I'll finish the pencils for #7 :)

Pencil preview of installment #5. Not for the kiddies. Not terrifyingly adult, either, but, well, I did tell someone back several hours ago that I'd provide at least one risque panel. Maybe there will be more if I get really punchy. It'll all look better when it's inked, yadda yadda blah blah blah.
