SPQR Blues Chapter V: XXXXIV & XXXXV

spqrbluesHere's the actual final art for part XXXXIV (attached to XXXXV).
Not really much different than the work in progress. But, after weeks of fussing over how to draw Domitian's out-of-town getaway palace, I finally decided that there just isn't enough left of the ruins for me to be that worried about it. I recreated it from what we know of the architecture and from the design of the palace in the city of Rome, and...so be it.
The next comic (#XXXXVII) is drawn, but I'm bunny-sitting (and eel-like-fish-sitting) and am away from my scanner, so it will post early next week.
