Ooh! Aah! Oh, Mus--Domitian is SUPER scary when he's being magnanimous.

He's trying to put a good face on things, even though an inexplicable massive wall of fog has obliterated all view of the hillside villa.

I was up until 3am trying to get the Wordpress installation on spqrblues.com to work, so I'm feeling Domitian-levels of cranky this morning. No magnanimity from me :)

Mus looks so shocked in the next to last panel! What's really wrong with his arm, I wonder...but even more, I wonder about the fade-to-dark-gray in the final panel.

I don't trust Domitian. Or anybody who works for him, especially when they're all being helpful. I don't think Mus trusts them either.

The fade-out is ::embarrassment:: me having to reformat the row into two rows of equal length. But, since I decided to do it, it's also meant to be an expression of his state of mind--being at the mercy of someone who mutilated two people Mus cares about with branding irons; and maybe not healing perfectly from many broken bones and associated injuries.

Luckily his other arm is fine....
