Ooh, I have a guess who that is! But I'll wait to see if I'm right.

I'm trying to figure out what Captain Picard is doing in the foreground of the third panel.

I also like the "Hm" when Mr. Snarky Sideburns finds out that Felix has been bumped to the head of the line. (At least, that's how I interpret that panel, regardless of what is really happening.)

That was supposed to be the painter in the third panel, but I think I need to work on drawing his face from different angles. OR MAYBE IT IS CAPTAIN PICARD. Could be one of those time-travel episodes where they try not to change history and Riker falls in love and Data accidentally gets his head knocked off and they have to pick it up 2500 years later.

I'm gonna posit that Captain Picard is doing his best to keep his head down and not change history, but old people keep asking him if he's related to Sejanus.
