Thank you! Clean lines born of obsessive-compulsive/perfectionist tendencies, a 0.2mm mechanical pencil, and a pen in every size :) It's nice to hear feedback, since I look at the art and think, "Bleh, I really need to clean up my line" :P I may have issues....
Shrine of Venus . . . mm-hm, that's what the kids are calling it these days?
That said, I ♥ her hair in the 4th panel. OMG. Somehow it is detailed without being fussy, and very authentic-looking and yet very darned pretty. I also like the way her shoulder bumps into the corner of the one before. She is too much woman to be confined in one little box!
And I love Felix's "I trust her." There might even be a subtle theme coming together about characters who have faith and how it helps them cope.
Oh, there are some more gray people on the street in panel 3. *shivers*
I was passed out on Robitussin most of the weekend, so it'll be a couple of days before I get another comic posted, but there will be at least 2 more this week, deity-of-your-choice-willing and the lava don't rise :)
