'Uff!' is Latin for 'I can't believe I got socked in the mouth again'The artist has a little medical/dental emergency to take care of. SPQR Blues might have to take another brief hiatus. Or, I might get to spend some time away from work sipping soup and drawing. Or, I might be given lots of nice painkilling medications and then I can try drawing under the influence. We shall see.

If you ask what happened, I will tell you it happened while I was defending the Empire against barbarians.

P.S. - [livejournal.com profile] kyleen66 tried sending me a brain as a prezzie, but apparently I couldn't figure out how to make the brain work....

Ooof!

Ooof, that hurt! Block that right hook, Klio... and don't forget to riposte!
Waiting patiently for the next stoner episode... Felix and Mus sitting on the verandah, enjoying Asian Poppy season. There's no telling what they'll get up to under the influence. DRW.

Hope you are well. E-mail me a location so I can call and harrass you.

And, can't everyone use an extra brain?

Kissies.

To install Brain 2.0, you must first uninstall Brain 1.0. After installation, you must register Brain 2.0 before you can use it. Connect Brain to the activation center and input the 64-character unique registration number found on the outside of the packaging for Brain 2.0. Wait, you can't connect Brain to the activation center because you've installed Brain 2.0 and it isn't registered yet, but you've uninstalled Brain 1.0. So there's no working Brain. Damn. A software patch will be issued shortly.

Uh, there's no way to install the software patch because Brain 2.0 isn't unlocked yet.

After further consideration, we have decided that the inability to unlock Brain 2.0 by registration is a Feature. No patch will be necessary.

Please enjoy your new Brain 2.0.

Uhh, I've just got brain 1.0... but can't get it out of the package. Besides there's this tag that says 'don't remove this tag'... it seems to be sealing the package at both ends. Can I tear the box??? Also, I got this brain second-hand from a friend... does that qualify as pirated wet-ware? Uh-oh, gotta sit down, my no-brain hurts. DRW.

Yeah. That's a problem, er, that's a feature. You need a Brain to be able to open the package to Brain 1.0.

They'll fix that feature in Brain 3.0 -- it'll all be software, just a download and no package to open. Wait, you'll need hardware to install that Brain 3.0 on. Huh. Maybe that's why we didn't hear anything from the Beta testers...
