spqrbluesI've made my payment, but they still want to talk to me. Do I have to talk to them? Do I have to talk to someone who insists on calling me by my first name, while likewise insisting I refer to him as "Mr. SoandSo"? I'm thinking this is the reason I have an answering machine. Hmm. Twenty-two messages today....
