My weekly shot is easy to give, and it makes me feel better. It's worth it! My tip for you is this. If the shotstuff is kept in the fridge, let it warm up a bit (room temp, I mean - just leave it out for about an hour or so) before you give the shot. If the shotstuff is likely to sting, it tends to sting more when cold.
