SPQR Blues: Something about round numbers...

I manipulated things a bit to make part #100 fall where I want it to. And there are a few stretches of story that were pencilled but never inked, so that's, er, bonus material for the printed version, yes, that's it. Expect to see the next comic on Tuesday.

It's not the end of the chapter, but a nice round number. And Chapter IV is now longer than the previous chapters.
