SPQR, Lupercalia!

Cleo bannerLUPERCALIA! It's the Roman festival of fertility and taunting Julius Caesar, so put on your furry bikini and go for a run around town (and don't forget to bring your own furry whip—that's part of the holiday, too), then come back home and read about some Romans.

I didn't think I'd have anything today, but since I suddenly have some open time in the schedule, there may be a new installment by tonight to celebrate this special, heartwarming season. My old virtual hometown is having a "Pin the Sausage on Emperor Constantine" contest to celebrate. I doubt anything I do today can possibly match that.

So much for being organised OR reliable: I overworked last night, and my hands hurt a wee bit; I might have to take a break before I can finish the jumbo super-size Lupercalia-inflated installment.

Thanks to all for the comments on the previous (really irritated, now hidden) entry. Note to self: Do not write posts after working 20-hours straight on client projects. Also: Do not try to do a comic after working 20-hours straight on client projects :)
