Hey... I like that one!

You are counting those toward the 10,000 I hope.

Kissies.

Aw, it's cute!

I'm going to try to borrow your style for this poster assignment for class to draw myself (not an art assignment, a "what did you learn in the two intro to the major classes: put it on a poster" assignment for which I've got nothing). I love your style and I've never been able to draw comics-style characters, so maybe it'll work. Please don't sue me. ;)

Ooo! A lawsuit! I'm gonna get riiiich!

My secret to drawing in the style above is to be really, reaaaally wiped out at work :-)

Seriously, I love your mix of realism and simplicity. Look at that icon! It makes me all tingly.

Er, that is ... it rocks! I don't know if I can pull it off. But luckily, I am totally wiped out. So maybe it'll help. *G*

I love her mix of realism and simplicity too. Klio picks out just the right details from the real world to make any given panel or picture instantly recognizable -- yet not cluttered. She drew a one-panel comic a few months ago of my "perfect day" in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina (I live in south Louisiana), and the details she included from my apartment were astonishing. Yes, she has stayed here several times, but -- who knew she was memorizing the shape of the arms of my couch?

I suppose that eye for detail is one of the things that separates a truly talented artist from -- well, people like me who can't draw anything but highly stylized cats, birds and stick figures. :-D

I like this one too. More angry muses!

Go muse!

Ha ha, I don't what's going on - my muse is snitty too lately.

While you are waiting for better behavior on the part of your muse, I wonder if you could translate something for us. We have a burning desire to know how to translate "killer cow" into Latin. Or at least, "killer" (I've got Latin names for cow).
