SPQR Blues 3 part LI: Derby Day, and only one mule

My money's on Curlin. Except I have no money. Maybe Any Given Saturday. Liquidity moved nicely, and Cowtown Cat is just pretty, and I think there was one called Sam with pretty legs. Nobizlikeshowbiz sems to have a big powerful rear end, plus a big funny name. Since I have no money, can I pretend to bet on all of them?Here it is in inks. Mostly in inks. I've run out of steam.

Now I have to get back to working and waiting for the horsies to run.

You know, I never wanted a pony when I was a little girl. But I'd love to have a horse now. To ride while dressed in full Roman cavalry uniform, of course.

Panel four is astounding. I love the way Mus is gripping Felix's tunic. Felix unshaven is pretty good too.
