Nice little juxtaposition of quotes in Cheers & Jeers on DailyKos.com for Franklin's 300th birthday today. No doubt many other interesting Franklin-related events going on around the web. But not here. I am not going to be particularly interesting today.

No slacky-drawing and lunching for me just yet. I'm on my way out to go food shopping for someone, then help watch her tiny little kid while she gets some much-needed rest, then... eventually I'm going to have to go back to the neuron-destroying databases and spreadsheets and HTML and generally being bitter and unpleasant to be around.

P.S. - I want a raise, magnanimous boss. Small bills, in cash. Thanks.
