All those mellow earth tones... even the reds and blues get along with everyone.

It take some mental adjusting for me to go from using this palette to playing with my one-time fave Quinacridone Gold, or Cadmium Red or Phthalocyanine Blue.

I don't have a deep knowledge of colour theory, but the period pigments please me :)
