Hey, just because Con Ed couldn't figure out where to put the decimal point when counting people without power in Queens during a heat wave... Could've happened to anyone. Why the Mayor's Office would have NO reason to actually send someone OUT to Queens and see what was going on... I should stop mumbling before I actually say something which makes sense. By accident.
